After the restructuring, we will undergo a new rebirth (Reborn) thorough a process of innovation (Renovation). 

-Retry
We will never give up trying till find the solution no matter how many times we fail (Retry).
If you do not change today, tomorrow does not come.

That’s the reason why “R” in our company name, Link-MicRo’, is capitalized.

Additional Explanation

1. If we have the same level of expertise as other competitors, there is no point of our existence.
In order for Link-MicRo’ to survive in the competition with other competitors, there is no other way but for everyone of us to make an extraordinary effort with the integrated energy of all of us. We will accomplish the projects with the way only we can do. Team “Link-MicRo’” is organized only of those who can feel the satisfaction of doing so.

2. “Sincerity” is the cornerstone of our decisions. “Passion” is the driving force that makes the impossible Possible.

3. What does it mean to “Do Our Best”? If you do not think by yourself and just output what you are ordered without your thinking, can you say that “you are doing the best you can?”. “Doing one’s best” is a simple phrase, but it is difficult to put into practice. This is because there is no ending to “the best”. Only those who always do his/her best will understand the true depth of this phrase. The “best” comes back to trust in the individual. When all employees strive for this, the company will ultimately succeed.

4. It is difficult to deny the routine or one’s own thoughts. If you don’t think this is the right way to do things, you can’t do your daily work. But always remember the “Why?”. Even if it is the way the company has instructed you to do, you should always be wondering “why are they doing it this way?,” even in the most trivial of matters. The current situation may not be perfect. The slightest question and small improvements will accumulate and lead to the company’s growth. Being conscious of improvement is the first step toward growth. Yesterday’s improvement is today’s routine. We must always be aware that we will always be IMPERFECT.

5. We must always Review Ourselves, never place to absolute trust we have always done things the right way, always have the strength to make flat judgments that allow us to make decisions to discard and rebuild if necessary (Restructure), and have the encouragement to reform our own techniques and ways of thinking (Renovation), and never give up and try again even after a failure (Retry), and finally, we will always regenerate with more strength than before (Reborn). When I started my business, I capitalized the “R” in my company name as proof of my determination to always remember this spirit. The attitude of maintaining the current status is the path of the being destroyed. Changing something involves pain and risk, but what is the meaning of life if we continue to live the same way day after day without taking on challenges or making efforts?

6. What is ” Impressed” by work? There is always someone who receives the output of the work. Did you grasp the requester’s intentions accurately enough in advance? Then, create the output that the recipient wants, and if possible, aim for a result that exceeds it. People are deeply moved by results that exceed the expectations of the recipient. We are a technology company, but our daily work can be seen in the service business as well. And this leads to “doing our best.
If we keep in mind that the work we do impresses others, it will eventually spread to our customers as well. In order to do work that goes beyond the expectation of our customers, we must always strive to do work that impresses anyone.

7. We do not need anyone who judges negative ideas or words within the scope of his/her own common sense and understanding. “Safety-oriented and aversion to change” and “backward-looking attitude” are considered to be the same thing in our company. If you have time to look for reasons why you can’t do something, you should turn your mind to how you can do it. We are always in the position of challengers. Our reason for existing is to do what is thought to be impossible. It is only the accumulation of the attitude of “challenging the seemingly impossible” in the daily work of each and every employee.

8. We are opening the doors widely to those who are motivated, and without being bound by general social prejudice such as ethnicity, gender, or educational background, we will provide employment opportunities to as many people as possible, and give each individual a chance to grow according to his/her own motivation.

9. Appreciate all customers. Employees should be grateful for the mutual support each other to complete mutual work. We are only able to produce our products with the support of our cooperating companies. Let us be thankful to all of our partner companies. Let us also thank our families who support us and make it possible to come to work every day. We should be thankful to the support of many people.
